Can I track my order?
Yes of course! Tracking numbers are emailed with your shipping confirmation once orders have been dispatched.
How long do orders take to be dispatched?
Orders are processed Monday-Friday within 2-3 days and handed over to our chosen carriers. At this point, tracking numbers are sent out so you can see where your order is at any given time.
What if my shipping address is wrong?
Please email us as soon as possible at hairandearthco@outlook.com If the item has not already been packed or shipped, we can amend the shipping address for you.
Important Information
Please be aware that we are not responsible for information which has been entered incorrectly at checkout. If you have incorrectly entered your address and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped, then unfortunately we will not be able to refund or replace any items.
